ACCOUNTING PROCEDURES-WEEKLY
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Franchiser will be kept informed on a weekly basis in writing of all business transactions executed at each and every location of operation of operation. Reports will be provided each week to franchiser in writing and a separate report will be necessary for each location and every sub franchised location.
